RoK’s Idol Radio broadcasts Vietnamese children’s song

VOV.VN - Ngo Ngoc Hung, alias Hanbin - a Vietnamese member of Kpop boyband Tempest, sang Vietnamese song “A duck” on the Republic of Korea’s (RoK) entertainment show Idol Radio.

After making its debut on March 2, Tempest has held a series of activities to popularize its name in the RoK’s entertainment industry.

During the March 3 live broadcast on Idol Radio, Hanbin chose to sing “A duck” – a Vietnamese song composed for kindergarteners.

The Vietnamese boy confidently imitated some of the duck’s funny, cute moves and “quack” sound, winning thunderous applause from the audience.   

Hanbin’s real name is Ngo Ngoc Hung. The Yen Bai native graduated from the University of Commerce. In 2020, the 24-year-old boy participated in the reality show I-Land of Big Hit Entertainment, the management company of famous band BTS.

In June 2021, the singer joined as a trainee at Yuehua Entertainment which manages renowned artists such as Choi Ye Na, Cho Seung Youn, Everglow, and actor Lee Do Hyun.

In January 2022 he became one of four members of newly-established boyband Tempest. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic their first album “It's WE” was postponed and debuted from February 21 to March 2.
