Programme featuring RoK culture launched in Hanoi
A programme featuring the culture of the Republic of Korea took place in Ly Thai To flower garden in Hanoi on April 8-9.
It was attended by Chairman of the municipal People’s Committee Nguyen Duc Chung and Ambassador of the RoK to Vietnam Lee Hyuk.

The programme featured numerous activities, including traditional and modern art performances, tourism promotion activities.
KTO Director General Jung Chang Soo said as many as 1.5 million RoK people visited Vietnam in 2016. The country also recorded remarkable growth in the number of Vietnamese arrivals, with a 54.4% rise in 2016, and an increase of 30.1% in the first quarter of this year.
KTO will boost tourism promotion in localities to lure more Vietnamese tourists to the RoK, such as introducing the FIFA U-20 World Cup which will take place in the RoK and other tourism products, he said
