Piano prodigy Phuong Vy to perform in Happiness Concert
VOV.VN - Vietnamese piano prodigy Ngo Phuong Vy will play with the Vietnam National Symphony Orchestra at the ‘Happiness Concert’, scheduled for January 15 2019 in Hanoi Opera House.

The program is part of a series of concerts titled ‘Acecook Happiness Concert’ to take place on January 12, 2019 in Aeonmall Long Bien, January 15 in Hanoi Opera House and on January 18 at Saigon Opera House.
A free outdoor concert will be held for the first time in Aeon Mall Long Bien, Hanoi. The program draws the interest of some of the world’s leading musical talents and famous local pianists, especially the wunderkind pianist Ngo Phuong Vy.
At a press conference on December 26, the internationally acclaimed conductor Honna Tetsuji declared that the program promises to bring joy to families.
All the proceeds from the concerts will go to worthwhile causes that will support the development of the arts and cultural values of the community, grant scholarships and present musical instruments to the Vietnam National Academy of Music and the Conservatory of HCM City.
Ngo Phuong Vy was born in 1998 and began studying the piano at the young age of 6 and won several prestigious awards at international and local piano competitions.
