Phuong wins first runner-up of Miss Tourism Ambassador World 2017
VOV.VN - Vietnamese representative Lien Phuong won the Miss Eco Tourism title (equivalent to the first runner-up position) at the grand finale of Miss Tourism Ambassador World 2017 pageant in the Philippines on December 9.
