VOV.VN - The second runner-up of Miss Ao Dai Vietnam 2016, Pham Ngoc Phuong Linh has been named Miss "Visit Japan" Tourism Ambassador at the on-going Miss International Beauty Pageant in Japan.

The beauty contest takes places on October 10-27 in Japan with the participation of more than 70 contestants. Pham Hong Thuy Van was the first Vietnamese representative to win the third runner-up title at Miss International 2015. |
