Photo exhibition brings Peru closer to Vietnam
VOV.VN - A photo exhibition titled “Discovering Peru: A visual journey from coasts to highlands and rainforests” was officially inaugurated in Hanoi on July 18.
The event is held as part of activities to mark the 203rd anniversary of Peru’s Independence Day (July 28, 1981-July 28, 2024) and the 30th anniversary of diplomatic ties between Vietnam and Peru.
On display are a collection of 29 photographs which help visitors to explore the majestic natural landscapes and the rich flora and fauna of Peru.
Photos on world natural heritage sites such as Huascarán National Park, Manu National Park, the Titicaca National Reserve, and the 15th-century Inca citadel Machu Picchu will bring the South American country even closer to Vietnamese people.
Along with the photo exhibition, the Embassy of Peru in Vietnam in collaboration with Tròn Art Studio will jointly organise a painting workshop themed “Features of Peru” on July 20 - 21.
The exhibition will last through to July 23.
