Phở Festival 2025 to gather brands of three regions

VOV.VN - A festival that introduces brand of Phở (noodles), a special Vietnamese dish, from three regions of Vietnam will be held at the Thang Long imperial citadel, Hanoi, from April 18 to 20.

The Phở Festival 2025 will feature more than 50 stalls, showcasing a variety of Phở flavours from across the country.

In particular, the event will highlight “Phở Hà Nội” (Hanoi noodles) to promote the food as an intangible part of national cultural heritage, contributing to the overall development of Hanoi's culinary culture industry.

Visitors will also have the chance to sample Phở from other parts of the country characterised by their own unique flavours and preparation methods.

During the three-day festival, a wide range of activities will be organised, including a space to present the history of the dish.

There will also be workshops to be held where visitors can try their hand at making Phở and Quẩy (fried dough sticks) which are often served alongside the noodles.

As organisers, the administration of Hanoi will play host to art performances and put on some entertainment activities to promote the cultural value of Phở to both locals and foreign tourists.
