Night concert celebrates Vietnamese-French friendship
(VOV) -An evening concert commemorating the 40th anniversary of Vietnamese-French diplomatic ties will be held at Hanoi’s Hang Day Stadium on October 11-12.
The event, themed Oh La La, will feature the popular Vietnamese singers Thanh Lam, Le Cat Trong Ly, Quang Minh, and Viet Vo Da House, as well as their renowned French colleagues La Grande Sophie and Leila Bounous.
The French electronic rock band Poni Hoax are scheduled to appear as special guests. Comprising Laurent Bardainne (keyboards), Nicolas Villebrin (guitar), Arnaud Roulin (bass), and Vicent Taeger (drums), the group has several Vietnamese performances already under its belt.
