Nguyen Thi Thua crowned Mrs Grand Vietnam 2025
VOV.VN - Nguyen Thi Thua, 36, from northeastern Thai Nguyen province, was crowned Mrs Grand Vietnam 2025 after surpassing 20 other contestants in the grand finale held on June 30 in Hanoi.

Standing 1.72 metres tall and weighing 60kg, Thua currently works at the Ministry of Science and Technology of Vietnam. She is pursuing a PhD in science and technology management at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, with a focus on making science more accessible and applicable to daily life, particularly in the areas of environmental protection and sustainable development.
Thua previously finished as second runner-up at the Mrs Earth Vietnam 2024 pageant.
Her newly earned title is not only a recognition of her physical beauty, but also a tribute to her perseverance, drive for self-improvement, and admirable ability to balance career, family, and a deep desire to contribute positively to the community.
She currently serves as Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union at the Department of Information and Statistics under the Ministry of Science and Technology. She is also active in social initiatives, particularly those promoting education, gender equality, and the application of science for peaceful and sustainable development.
With a solid academic background and years of dedication to science and technology information management, Thua has proven her professional capabilities while also embodying the qualities of a modern Vietnamese woman–intelligent, resilient, and compassionate.
Thua will go on to represent Vietnam at the upcoming Mrs Grand International 2025 pageant, set to take place this July in Myanmar.
Vietnam has previously sent several contestants to the competition, with Phan Kim Oanh taking home the Mrs Grand International crown in 2022.
