Ngoc Han attends Vietnam Global Leaders Forum in France
VOV.VN - Ngoc Han, Miss Vietnam 2010, featured as a special guest during the Vietnam Global Leaders Forum, also known as VGLF 2019, which took place in Paris, France, between March 30 and 31.
