New technologies to be introduced at Vietnam Telefilm
(VOV) - The Vietnam International Exhibition on Film and Television Technologies (Vietnam-Telefilm 2013) will offer an opportunity for filmmakers and television agencies to approach new technologies and ways to produce films in a systematic manner.
The information was released by the Vietnam Television (VTV) deputy director Nguyen Thanh Luong at a press conference in Hanoi on June 13.
The three-day event, which is scheduled for June 19-21, will attract both national and foreign television agencies from around the globe, including those from Denmark, the host country, the Republic of Korea, Japan, Thailand, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
During the event, famous Vietnamese and international scholars will attend seminars to discuss the quality of Vietnamese films, TV technologies and experiences in the international trend of TV production.
The event will be annually organized to give film producers and the public an insight into television broadcasting industry which is in need of renovation, Luong said.
The event is co-organized by Vietnam Television, the Television Advertising and Services Centre (TVAD) and ADPEX Joint Stock Company.
