National junior canoeing championships 2013 opens
(VOV) - The 2013 national junior canoeing championships opened in Hanoi on July 18.
174 athletes from 22 teams over the country have registered for competition in Canoeing and Kayak events within range of 200m, 500m and 1,000m.
The Hanoi team of 26 athletes is the most hopeful in both events.
Three other strong teams are from Binh Thuan, Haiphong and Thai Nguyen.
The tournament will last through to July 20.
