National Golf Clubs Championship held

The event has attracted 120 official member representatives from clubs, golf associations, and golf courses across the country.

Each golf club, golf association, and golf course sent 3 to 4 athletes to the competition.

Team scores will be calculated according to the daily total of their best three players’ points.

After a two-day qualifying round, the organising board selected the best 9 teams to contest the final round.

The winning team will have the highest point total after three days of competition.

The ten best golfers after a two-day qualifying round will earn the opportunity to compete in the individual division championship.

The single golfer with the highest point total after three days of competition will be crowned the winner.  

Volvik, a company with over 30 years of experience in golf ball manufacturing, is the main sponsor of this year’s championship.

The 2013 Volvik Sky Lake Trophy is important preparation ahead of the Sky Lake Golf Course hosting an Asian Tour event at the end of this August.
