Music band Kid Francescoli set for Vietnam performance
VOV.VN - Famous French electronic music band Kid Francescoli are scheduled to perform live at Hanoi Rock City on July 1, according to the Institute Francais Vietnam (IFV).
Kid Francescoli are expected to provide young people of the capital with enchanting melodies of the latest electronic music in the Pop genre.
The music video on YouTube of Moon, the band's recent hit, has attracted more than 63 million views and broke world records on TikTok. In March, 2021, Moon won the Golden Single Award for more than 15 million streams outside of France.
During their Vietnam tour, Kid Francescoli will perform several hit songs from their albums, including Lovers, With Julia and Play Me Again.
On the night of their performance, Ngam, an independent electronic group with four members in Hanoi, will be special guests.
Ngam have been nominated in the Best Artist category of Hanoi Grapevine's Finest and were selected to participate in the ASEAN Music Showcase Festival 2021 project (AMS 2021).
In Vietnam, Kid Francescoli will also perform on stage at Bia Quoc Hoc (Quoc Hoc Monument) in Hue City on June 28 and June 29 as part of the Hue Festival 2022 and in Ho Chi Minh City on July 2.
Kid Francescoli were founded by French artist Mathieu Hocine. He was originally born in Paris but grew up and lived in Marseille, during which time he took up writing music.
