Mnet Asian Music Awards held in Vietnam for first time

VOV.VN - Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA) 2017 was recently held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam for the first time ever, drawing the participation of many stars from around Asia.

Vietnamese singer Toc Tien receives the “Best Asia Artist Vietnam” award.

She extends sincere thanks to her colleagues, family, and friends in English.

The 28-year-old singer opens the MAMA 2017 in a strong and confident style. 

Toc Tien changes outfit to a sequined red bodice and matching thigh high boots to perform her song “I’m in love.”

She has been appointed as a brand ambassador for Clear, one of the sponsors of MAMA 2017.

Korean band Seventeen is given the “Wordwide Favourite Artist” award. They send their sincere thanks to fans in English, Chinese, and Korean.

Seventeen perform their hit songs “I don’t know, well,” “Don’t wanna cry,” “Without You,” and “Clap.”


The eleven members of Korean band Wanna One enthral Vietnamese spectators with their hit songs “Energetic” and “Burn it up.”

The band Wanna One are from the Republic of Korea and won the “Best of Next” award.
