Miss Vietnam 2016 My Linh graceful at charity event

VOV.VN - Miss Vietnam 2016 Do My Linh partook in a gala to commemorate 10 years since the foundation of the “Operation healthy heart” programme in Hanoi on November 4, aiming to assist children who suffer from heart diseases.

The programme was broadcast live on Vietnam Television’s VTV1 channel, aiming to send a significant message to the community.

Miss Vietnam 2016 My Linh looks charming wearing a red Ao dai (Vietnamese traditional dress) by designer Thuy Nguyen.

Do My Linh is an ambassador of the programme which helps children with heart diseases to have a bright future.

At the event My Linh changed to long hair, quite different from the curly hair she had at previous events.

Linh hopes to promote the programme to many people throughout the country, and the event would raise a large amount of money in order to assist operations for children with heart diseases in the hope that they can live normally as other children do.

Earlier, My Linh made a video clip to call for support to all children with heart diseases.

In the video clip, she appears together with 18 children who suffer from heart diseases. The children sang, planted trees and drew pictures about their future.

My Linh shines on the stage.

My Linh won people’s hearts as a result of her contributions to the society. After ending her term as Miss Vietnam, she still takes part in numerous charitable activities, thereby maintaining an image of a friendly beauty queen.
