Miss Universe Vietnam 2022 winner to be named tonight
VOV.VN - The grand finale of Miss Universe Vietnam 2022 is scheduled to take place at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Centre (SECC) in Ho Chi Minh City on June 25 night.
From 71 contestants at the beginning, judges selected 41 contestants to the semi-finals and 16 contestants to the final.
Beauty experts said this year’s Miss Universe Vietnam 2022 has a higher quality than previous contests in terms of contestants’ beauty, performance skills, education, general knowledge and eloquence.
The experts predicted the winner of the contest would be one of the top five contestants Thao Nhi, Ngoc Chau, Huong Ly, Hoang Phuong, and Le Nam, while many beauty forums anticipated Ngoc Chau and Thao Nhi would vie for the crown.
Contestant Ngoc Chau (1.74m, 81 x 62 x 93cm) won Vietnam’s Next Top Model 2016, was crowned Miss Supranational Vietnam 2018 and finished in the top 10 of Miss Supranational Asia.
Meanwhile, Thao Nhi (1.68m, 83 x 61x 92) was twice voted by TC Candler in the Top 100 most beautiful faces in the world. She is very famous on Instagram and Facebook with millions of followers. The girl born in Germany has a high command of English and German.
Winner of Miss Universe Vietnam 2022 will compete at the 71st edition of Miss Universe 2022 to be held in December this year.
