Meaningful cultural and artistic space opens in Hanoi for national anniversaries
VOV.VN - The Ho Guom Cultural Information Center in Hanoi is hosting a photo exhibition and photography book launch from August 15 to September 15, offering a unique blend of culture, art, and national pride.

Jointly organised by the Vietnam Sea and Islands Association, the Hoan Kiem Ward People's Committee, and the Management Board of the Hanoi Old Quarter, the event celebrates the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19) and National Day (September 2).
The exhibition and book launch showcase cultural and artistic expressions designed to inspire patriotism, particularly among younger generations, while serving as a bridge between tradition and modernity to cultivate a deeper appreciation for Vietnam’s heritage and identity.
Through documents, photographs, artifacts, and interactive activities, the event highlights Vietnam’s natural beauty, its people, and the country’s territorial sovereignty.
A key feature is the photographic journey of engineer and photographer Tran Thanh, who covered 9,817 kilometres across the country in 40 days by motorbike, capturing Vietnam’s landscapes.
The event also presents Tran Thanh’s 200-page photo book on the Truong Sa (Spratly) archipelago, published by the Information and Communication Publishing House in July.
