Mai Hoa crowned winner of Vietnam’s Next Top Model 2025
VOV.VN - Vietnam’s Next Top Model, one of the country’s most iconic reality TV shows, concluded its 2025 edition with a dazzling finale in Ho Chi Minh City on October 12, crowning Lai Mai Hoa, a 20-year-old model from Hanoi, as the winner.

The grand finale featured the Top 4 finalists - Mai Hoa, Bao Ngoc, My Ngan, and Giang Phung - competing in a catwalk challenge and a live on-stage photoshoot. Each contestant showcased her unique style and strong runway presence, while the photoshoot round highlighted their creativity and versatility under pressure, leaving a lasting impression on both judges and the audience.
The show also included a special runway performance by the Top 15 contestants, who modeled a new fashion collection by renowned Vietnamese designer Hoang Minh Ha.
With her striking performance and standout presence, Lai Mai Hoa was officially announced as the winner of Vietnam’s Next Top Model 2025, while Bao Ngoc, Giang Phung, and My Ngan were named runners-up. Giang Phung also received the title of "Audience Favourite."
Model Mai Hoa was born in 2005, and stuns with her towering height of 1.84m. She won the Top Model Online category, earning a place in the final round. Hoa is now a student at the University of Economics and Business - Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
Originally created by Tyra Banks, Next Top Model has been adapted in over 100 countries. The Vietnamese version first aired in 2010 on VTV3 and has since launched the careers of numerous successful models such as Trang Khieu, Tuyet Lan, Hoang Thuy, Mau Thuy, Kha My Van, and Nguyen Oanh.
The 2025 season marks the 9th edition of the competition, which began airing on August 3 on Vietnam Television (VTV9).
