Logo design contest launched for Vietnam international photography festival
VOV.VN - A design contest was launched on June 7 to look for a logo suitable for the upcoming Vietnam international photography festival, an event which is held every two years as part of National Tourism Year.
The contest is open to all individuals and organisations in both Vietnam and abroad, whilst all entries must address their letters to “Vietnam international photography festival”.
Entries must feature no more than four colours and should be suitable for printing and carving. They must also be creative and not duplicated from any other product.
Each entrant is only permitted to send in a maximum of five entries to the organisers at the Department of Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibition under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. The deadline for submissions is July 30.
An awards ceremony is scheduled to get underway in October, and first, second and third prizes to be awarded VND30 million, VND10 million and VND5 million in cash respectively.
The Vietnam international photography festival is due to take place for the first time ever in Ninh Binh province which is also hosting National Tourism Year 2021.
The logo design contest for the festival is one part of a national brand promotion project adopted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism during the 2020 - 2030 period.
