On display are 25 paintings created by Phong over the past 10 years. Each painting is a unique expression of the artist, mixed between joy and sorrow, loneliness and happiness, with scenery of the countryside, lotus pond, and city streets.
With unique and diverse color palettes, objects, and techniques, the artworks clearly show the maturity of Phong’s career which has spanned nearly 30 years. The exhibition runs until November 30.
The Korean Cultural Center also organized a show of Korea’s traditional music and launched a book by Dao Hai Phong titled “Loi Phong” on November 19.
