“Korean beauty through Vietnamese eyes” exhibition held

(VOV) - An exhibition titled “The Korean beauty through Vietnamese eyes” opened at the Korean Cultural Centre in Hanoi on December 13.

The event is one of a range of activities to commemorate 20 years since the establishment of diplomatic ties between Vietnam and the Republic of Korea (RoK).

On display are 70 photographs taken by Thai Minh Son, a member of the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists (VAPA).

Son has lived and worked in the RoK for seven years. He has spent significant time travelling and discovering the country’s landscape and peoples to record the images.

The exhibition showcases Korean beauty in four seasons: cool summer, snowy winter, romantic autumn with yellow leaves and spring with cherry blossoming.

The event will run through to December 21.
