Int’l dance festival bound for Thua Thien-Hue
(VOV) -Thua Thien-Hue’s Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism has announced the province will host its 2014 international dance festival in the middle of June next year.
The festival, part of the larger Hue Festival 2014 framework, will feature nearly 25 domestic and foreign professional dance troupes. The troupes will give public performances during their tour of several central provinces.
The festival is intended to promote cooperation in arts and culture between Vietnam and its international partners.
Vietnamese artists can capitalise on the chance to share experiences and promote their land, people, and culture to foreign audiences.
The festival will be held every three years.
