VOV.VN - Throughout October the Vietnam Culture Festival took place in four localities across the Republic of Korea (RoK), including Buyeo, Chung CheongNam-do province, Gwangju, Incheon, and the capital Seoul, with a large number of local residents and tourists taking part.
