Hoang Thu Thao crowned Miss Global Beauty Queen 2017
VOV.VN - Vietnamese representative Hoang Thu Thao was crowned Miss Global Beauty Queen 2017. Thao distinguished herself amongst a field of 70 contestants taking part in the grand finale of the pageant on October 19 in the Republic of Korea.

| Hoang Thu Thao, 23, was the first runner-up at Miss Jewellery Vietnam 2015 pageant. The 23-year-old girl is 1.72 meters tall and measures 87-60-92. |

| Thao was crowned Miss Global Beauty Queen 2017 in the Republic of Korea on October 19. Representatives from France, Brazil, Australia, and the Republic of Korea were the first, second, third and fourth runner-ups, respectively. |

Prior to the pageant, Thao entered the Top 6 of Miss Asia Pacific International 2016, and Top 10 of Miss Tourism Queen of the Year International 2016. |
