Hoang Huong Ly to compete at Miss Tourism International 2021
VOV.VN - Hoang Huong Ly is set to represent Vietnam at the upcoming Miss Tourism International, which is expected to take place in Malaysia this December.
Born in 1996 in the Central Highland province of Gia Lai, Ly finished among the top five of Miss Beach Vietnam 2016. She stands at 1.75 metres tall and measures 86-58-96.
Originally launched in 1994, the Miss Tourism International beauty pageant typically attracts the participation of 80 contestants from around the world.
The contest is to promote tourism and cross-cultural exchanges among various participating countries.
Recent years has seen several Vietnamese beauties enjoy notable achievements in the pageant. They are Hoang Thu Thao winning the Best National Costume award and finishing among the top 10 in 2016, Thuy Linh winning Best Costume award in 2017, and Giao Linh claiming the award for Best National Costume in 2018.
