High hopes for Vietnamese beauty ahead of Miss Grand International’s final night
VOV.VN - Vietnamese representative Vo Le Que Anh has produced a spectacular comeback, recording important results before the grand final of the Miss Grand International 2024 beauty pageant due to take place in Bangkok, Thailand, on October 25.
Que Anh took the lead in the Miss Popular Vote sub-contest on the official page of the beauty pageant following her outstanding performance on the semi-final night on October 22.
If the Vietnamese beauty maintains her current performance, she will have the chance to advance straight into the Top 10 of the pageant.
Her outfit named "Khảm xà cừ" (Mother-of-Pearl Inlay) worn by local beauty Que Anh was named among the Top 5 for votes among fans on social media.
The Vietnamese representative also made the list of the Top 10 Best In Swimsuit, the Top 14 of Grand Voice Awards, and the Top 16 of Country's Power of The Year.
Que Anh, 23, stands at 1.72 metres tall with measurements of 78-62-89 cm. She was crowned Miss Grand Vietnam 2024 and represented Vietnam in MGI 2024.
The grand finale of MGI 2024 is scheduled to take place in Thailand on October 25, drawing the participation of 69 contestants worldwide. As the reigning Miss Grand International 2023, Lucia Fuster from Peru will officially crown her successor on the final night.
Founded in 2013, MGI is one of the world's largest beauty contests to focus on humanitarian issues and promote peace. Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien was crowned Miss Grand International 2021, becoming the first Vietnamese contestant to achieve the best ever result.
