H’Hen Nie had surpassed 112 other beauties drawn from the 5 major world beauty pageants such as Miss World, Miss Universe, Miss International, Miss Earth, and Miss Grand International. She subsequently went through to the Top 25, Top 20, Top 10, and Top 5, respectively. She came first in the vote for the Timeless Beauty award, recording a landmark for Vietnamese beauty while winning the award for the first time. |

| According to Missosology, H’Hen Nie’s fifth position in Miss Universe 2018 is the highest achievement during Vietnam’s 14 years of participation in the competition. The prestigious website was highly appreciative of the impressive performances put on by the Vietnamese girl during the Miss Universe 2018 pageant. |
