Additionally, state-managed museums, historical sites, theaters, and circuses are offering free or discounted admission throughout the week, while private arts venues are encouraging preferential rates for students, workers, and tourists.

Artistic highlights include 3D mapping projections on Vietnamese culture and history, running from November 21 to 24 in front of the City People's Committee headquarters and the Rex Hotel.

On November 23, the kickoff art performance for the Hozo International Music Festival 2026 will transpire at Saigon River Park. The celebration will culminate on November 24 with a live broadcast art show combined with artistic fireworks, connecting Nguyen Hue Walking Street, the New City Central Park in Binh Duong Ward, and Tam Thang Tower Square in Vung Tau Ward.

From November 22 to 24, Nguyen Hue Walking Street will also cover cultural industry spaces, including the HCM City Setting Film Week, the Female Landscape 2026 program, the HCM City Theater Imprint Space, handicraft zones, OCOP product showcases, and virtual reality heritage experiences.
