Hanoink Fes to open in Hanoi

Besides, renowned head judge Diau An Master, with 35 years of experience in tattoo art, will lead tens of artists from mainland China, Taiwan, Singapore, Germany and Poland in showcasing beautiful and impressive tattoos.
