Tran Thi Phuong, vice president of the Hanoi Union of Friendship Organizations (HAUFO), said the festival is anticipated to strengthen cultural exchanges and friendship ties between the people of Hanoi and foreign friends.

The event is set to see the participation of more than 300 domestic and foreign artists coming from various local arts club, embassies, international organisations, and schools from throughout the capital.

It is being organised by the  HAUFO and is due to feature a wide range of activities, including piano and dance performances, along with an Ao Dai, a traditional long dress fashion show.

Most notably, special corners to display creative arts, local specialties, and tourism products will also be held, whilst visitors will be given the chance to participate in folk games during during the event.
