Hanoi models glory in Vietnam Supermodel 2012
Two contestants from Hanoi, Nguyen Phuong Mai and Nguyen Huu Long, have won two gold cups at Vietnam Supermodel 2012.
The final round on June 24 began with twenty-eight supermodels wearing the Ao dai (long dresses) designed by Thuan Viet and then gala evening costumes designed by Vu Thu Phuong in striking colours of summer.
In particular, 14 best contestants selected from the “music appreciation” round dazzled the audiences with their sexy dance sport performance.
Mai, a 22-year-old girl, was one of the top ten models of the Asia Supermodel 2009 competition held in China.
While Long, a 21-year-old boy, at Vietnam Supermodel 2011 won the best body prize.
The organizing board also had prizes for the most friendly, the most impressive performance, the most talent, the best style, the best body, the most photographic and the most prospective.
