Hanoi culture in the spotlight
(VOV) - An exhibition featuring the culture of the capital city was opened in Hanoi on February 5.
The exhibition displays hundreds of books, newspapers, magazines, photographs, videos, and quotations exploring many aspects of Hanoian culture, including speech and language idiosyncracies, behaviour, daily life, etiquette, and food.
The displays span traditional Hanoi culture, its changes and developments through the process of integration, and a celebration of its enduring elegance and refinement.
Older conventions of Hanoi’s villages, such as Ha Tay, Tieu Kha and Nhat Tan, are also showcased.
The exhibition will last through to February 25.
