“Got to Dance” comes to Vietnam

(VOV) - “Got to Dance”, a popular TV contest to discover talented new dancers will be coming to Vietnam in July.

The organizing board is encouraging all dancers to try out for the contest and the VND500 million top prize.

Contestants who receive at least two gold stars for their performance will make the short list for further consideration by the jury.

Dancers can compete as individuals, pair or in larger groups and are free to choose any theme or type of dance, including ballroom, hip hop, ballet, and Broadway.

There is no age limit and contestants will be judged on their technical skills, creativity, passion and enthusiasm for dance.

QAudition rounds will be held in Hanoi from July 18-19 and in Ho Chi Minh City from July 22-23.

“Got to Dance” is a reality dance competition that has been broadcast on Sky1 in the United Kingdom and Ireland since 2009.

It has been produced in many countries around the world including the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand and the Netherlands.

Vietnam is the first Asian country to buy a copyright for the show.
