German electro pop band on Southeast Asian tour

Stabil Elite, a first-class German band, will hold free electro pop concerts, workshops and talks in three cities of Vietnam and in the cities of Phnom Penh and Manila.

The band is made up of five talented young male musicians in their mid-twenties, namely Lukas Croon, Martin Sonnensberger and Nikolai Szymanski, as well as Lukas Heerich and Timo Hein. They are the much-decorated and celebrated future stars of the extraordinarily successful electro pop music genre in Germany.

Stabil Elite provides an electrifying combination of bass, guitars and drums, as well as synthesizers, sitar and wood and metal.

As in previous years, the Goethe Institute will present the band in December as a Christmas present to youngsters.

This year, the band will have eight concerts in Southeast Asian cities and workshops in some schools. As a special highlight, they will help young enthusiasts create music with their iPad tablet devices.

The band celebrated their first big success with the hit Gold in 2011. In 2013, they had their big breakthrough with the album Douze Pouze, which they released with the Berlin music label Italic Recordings.

They will hold concerts at the Tuoi Tre (Youth) Theatre here on December 2 and in the cities of Da Nang and HCM between December 3 and 7.
