France-Vietnam cultural exchange in Danang
(VOV) -A cultural exchange programme was jointly held by the France-Vietnam Friendship Association and the French Language Centre under the French Embassy in the central city of Danang on March 31.
The event marked the two countries’ 40 years of diplomatic ties and International Day of Francophone (March 20).
Participants had the chance to learn more France’s land, people and competed in French presentation and cooking of traditional French and Vietnamese dishes.
Danang has established its partnerships with more than 20 French organisations involving in health care, culture and education fields.
The Danang Municipal Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Every has worked with the Nord Pas de Calais region and Priority Solidarity Funds (FSP) to preserve artifacts being displayed at the Cham Museum.
Both sides aim to promote tourism through exchange visits to many of tourism fairs and mutual supports for disadvantaged children in Danang.
