First-ever Miss Multicultural World launched by Vietnamese beauty
VOV.VN - “Coming soon! The launching of Miss Multicultural World pageant headed by the reigning Mrs. Grand International, Phan Kim Oanh,” Missosology, the world’s leading publication on beauty pageants, recently announced on its fanpage.
The inaugural pageant is due to take place in the nation next year, with aspiring candidates from different countries competing for the crown, according to Missosology.
2024 will marks the debut of the beauty contest, with Vietnamese beauty Phan Kim Oanh being both the founder and head of the pageant's organising board.
Oanh was named the winner of Mrs Grand International 2022 after successfully beating off competition from contestants of 35 countries worldwide in the pageant’s grand final held on November 14, 2022, in Myanmar.
The win meant that the 34-year-old businesswoman from Hai Phong became the first-ever Vietnamese beauty queen to win the title of Mrs Grand International.
Along with receiving the crown, she also won the Best Body Award.
