Festival to bring together artists from CLMV region
Artists from Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam (CLMV) will get together at a festival next week which aims at promoting the friendship among ASEAN members and the solidarity between the four above-mentioned countries.
The festival, to be held in Vietnam’s central city of Dong Ha from August 12-18, is expected to attract the participation of 17 arts troupes from the four participating countries.
The event is being co-organised by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST), the Vietnam Musicians’ Association, the Vietnam Dancers’ Association, and the Quang Tri provincial Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism.
