Exhibition honours France's art of table decoration
France's fine art of table decoration will be presented to the public at L'Espace, the French Cultural Centre, in Hanoi on July 4.
Curated by Elisabeth Couturier, the Tableaux-Tables exhibition of ten tablescapes features outstanding collaborations between French designers and manufacturers of tableware.
Visitors to the show will have the chance to discover the subtle differences between table decorations for different meals throughout the day in a traditional French family.
The month-long exhibition is part of a series of events during the France Year in Vietnam to celebrate the 40th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
The show runs until August 3 at 21 Trang Tien St.
