Exhibition features sea and island sovereignty
(VOV) -A photo exhibition featuring Vietnam’s sea and island sovereignty is taking place at the Tourism Promotion and Exhibition Center in Thanh Hoa province from April 3-10.
The exhibition was organised by the province's Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in conjunction with the Literature and Arts Association.

It showcases more than 300 photos, documentaries and artifacts which provide valuable insight into Vietnam’s efforts to defend its territorial waters and develop the sea-borne economy.
It also aims to honour outstanding individuals, organisations and naval soldiers who guard sea borders to defend national sovereignty.
A series of documentaries on the seas and islands of Vietnam will be premiered for free in Thanh Hoa province’s cinema centres during the event.
