(VOV) - The European Film Festival is currently taking place at the Vietnam National Cinema Centre on 87 Lang Ha Street. Audiences attending the event have the opportunity to watch a variety of films in the genres of history, culture and society.

Vietnamese Traditional ‘Hon Do’ Paper Exhibition
May 22-June 12
Seventy-one contemporary artworks created by Vietnamese calligrapher Xuan Nhu and artist Yoyo from the RoK are on display at the Korean Cultural Centre on 49 Nguyen Du Street in Hanoi.
In ‘Hon Do’ the audience will step into a traditional space to learn about the historical paper and paper-making process.
European Film Festival

Takes place at the Vietnam National Cinema Centre on 87 Lang Ha Street. Audiences will have the opportunity to watch a variety of films in the genres of history, culture and society.
Free tickets are available at the Goethe Institute in Hanoi on 56-58 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street, Vietnam National Cinema Centre and at the British Council on 20 Thuy Khue Street.
Picking up the Trash Demo

Demonstrations presented by the BFree non-profit organization aim to raise people’s awareness of the importance of environmental protection are set to get underway at 3.30pm-5.30pm at Ho Guom (Hoan Kiem Lake).

Haru Matsuri takes place at the Hoa Lu Stadium on 2 Dinh Tien Hoang Street from 9am to 8pm. The festival includes a vast array of activities including karaoke, Japanese traditional culture, costume play performance and exchanges.
Discovering Saigon Exhibition

Visitors have a chance to see Saigon from a variety of perspectives—from the dynamism to the loneliness.
