The grand finale of the Intervision 2025 International Music Contest concluded with thunderous applause from more than 6,000 spectators, as Duc Phuc was crowned champion with his explosive performance of “Phu Dong Thien Vuong.” The victory marks a historic milestone for Vietnamese music on the international stage.

As the final scoreboard lit up, Live Arena erupted in celebration. Vietnam amassed 422 points, outpacing Kyrgyzstan with 373 and Qatar with 369 to claim the trophy.

The moment Duc Phuc and his team embraced as the red flag with the yellow star waved on the giant LED screen became the most emotional highlight of the night’s finale.

Ha Minh Thang, Deputy Director of the Performing Arts Department said, “This is a source of great pride not only for Duc Phuc himself but also for Vietnamese music as a whole. The victory affirms Vietnam’s cultural identity and position on the world music map.”

Duc Phuc, overwhelmed with emotion, said: “I would like to sincerely thank my team and the audience who have accompanied and supported me throughout this journey. Holding the Intervision 2025 trophy and seeing the Vietnamese flag wave filled me with indescribable pride and happiness. This will be the motivation for me to continue creating and contributing to Vietnamese music.”
