Diverse cultural activities to take place in Hanoi’s Old Quarter

The event is co-organized by the Hanoi Old Quarter Management Board and A Designer Fashion Academy-Hanoi as well as artisans from craft villages.

Diverse activities are planned including fashion shows, tips about the art of make-up and hairstyling, photoshoots with costumes in the collections, performances of traditional music and guidelines for playing folk games.

On October 9, there will be a program on Vietnam’s traditional craft villages where visitors will gain insights about carving and jewelry and have an exchange with artisans from craft villages.

These cultural activities aim to promote the value of heritage and heighten public responsibility for preserving heritages and boosting tourism development.
