Da Nang: Ceramic mosaics to liven up APEC 2017 leaders’ week
An art project to decorate a 360-metre sea dyke wall with ceramic mosaics is underway in the central city of Da Nang to welcome the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Economic Leaders’ Week.
The mosaics, inspired by drawings by young artists and children, feature the beauty of Da Nang’s landscapes and local people’s lives.
The materials for the mosaics were transported from the pottery villages of Bat Trang in Hanoi and Thanh Ha in nearby Hoi An city.
