Concerts show harmony of Korean, Vietnamese music

VOV.VN - Korean melodies from traditional gukak to modern K-pop in tandem with a variety of Vietnamese music genre will waft through the air of auditoriums of two Vietnam cities this October.

The concerts on the evenings of October 14 in Quy Nhon and October 16 in Nha Trang will feature both Korean performers from the National Gugak Centre alongside Vietnamese musicians and singers.

Among the many high-profile performers participating in the musical galas are Korean singer Kim Yeonjin, Korean bands Peungdeng-E and Pangut Jin Myung, along with Vietnamese Dan Bau and artist Le Hoai Phuong.

This is the third-time the Korean Cultural Centre and the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Vietnam have sponsored such musical galas harmonizing Korean and Vietnamese music.
