Beautiful local landscapes appear in Korean singer’s music videos

VOV.VN - Korean artist Joseph Kwon has praised beautiful Vietnamese landscapes in his recent music videos "Butterfly flakes" and "Waiting for you, 5000 years".

The music videos are set across 19 Vietnamese provinces and cities, with many scenes highlighting the great beauty of natural landscapes.

Kwon hopes that through his songs the nation’s beauty will be introduced to Koreans and audiences around the world, thereby helping them to gain greater understanding about the country.

He added that his new music videos will help him to continue expressing his great love and passion for Vietnam.

As a graduate from the Conservatory of Music of Florence in Italy, Joseph Kwon worked as the conductor of the Seoul Broadcasting System (SBS)’s choir.

He once shared that he has been interested in Vietnam since his childhood. During his first visit to the country, he was hugely impressed by its scenic nature, unique culture, and friendly people, leading him to move to work in Vietnam in 2019.

In 2020, he attended the K-V Culture Fair 2020 in Hanoi and released a music video “Go Vietnam Go Go”, featuring various artists from both Vietnam and the Republic of Korea.

He has also released songs such as “Cha Ca or Peace”, “You Are in My Heart and Remember”, and “Vietnam”.

“Vietnam” was the first time he has sang in Vietnamese on a track. The video received 33,000 views after just three days after being released on YouTube on August 12.
