Bavaria’s LaBrassBanda live in HCM City on Jan.11
VOV.VN - Back in 2007, the incredible band – LaBrassBanda – with its now trademark mixture of Bavarian folk, ska punk, techno, reggae and brass music were little known only to a relatively few insiders.

Perhaps only a select few could have guessed even then that LaBrassBanda would one day play in sold-out halls, perform at international festivals, and make it into the top three of the charts.
A lot has happened in LaBrassBanda's decade of existence: a tour through Austria on vintage mopeds and a tractor during the 2008 European Football Championship that culminated in an invitation to play the main stage for the final in Vienna.
There were also worldwide concerts in Russia, Zimbabwe, England, the US to name only a few of the countries including performances at just about every major festival around the globe.
Now that the band has embarked on its tenth anniversary, they are kicking off a world tour consisting of about 70 shows, with the second concert a free performance on January 11 at 3A Ton Duc Thang Station in District 1 in Ho Chi Minh City.
If you’re a music lover, this is truly a concert not to be missed. The event is organized by Goethe Institute and they are passing out free tickets at their facility in HCM City on a first come, first served basis and at Station 3A starting at 9am on January 5.
