Ban Flower Festival 2019 features northwestern region’s market days
VOV.VN - The mountainous region’s market days are being held in the northwestern province of Dien Bien as part of the Ban Flower Festival 2019.

| Pham Viet Dung, Director of Dien Bien Province’s Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism says the event aims to showcase daily activities and lifestyle of these ethnic groups as well as their cultural values in the northern mountainous region. |
