ASEAN music festival entertains Hanoians
(VOV) - Five bands will wow audiences at the ASEAN Music Festival, scheduled to unfold at the American Club in Hanoi on May 11.
The line-up spans Myanmar’s Gara Blood Sugar Politik, the traditional Thai funk band Molam International, the rock band Pulso from the Philippines, Singapore’s electronic music act Muon, and the Vietnamese metal band 18+.
The event is the fruit of a collaboration between the US Embassy in Vietnam and Hanoi’s first independent music promoter CAMA Vietnam.
A creative art fair organised by Hanoi Flea Market and a visual arts exhibition from the Onion Cellar are also part of the festival.
