Artisans, vendors gear up for Vietnam Highlands Festival

The Vietnam Highlands Festival will be a hub for fun, vendors, artisans, history and nature scenery on November 23 at the Vietnam Exhibition Centre for Culture & Arts in Hanoi.

More than 100 volunteers work year-round planning events, tours, performances and exhibitions for the festival. |

The festival is part of activities to mark the Cultural Heritage Day (November 23) and preserve traditional cultural values of ethnic people in the northern mountainous region. |
